[A] Yes it does. A portion of the proceeds from every order on this
store goes to the Spirit of Mercy Fund.
[Q] How long will it take to get my order?
[A] All embroidered items are made to order and take 7-10 business days for delivery. Non-embroidered iterms are delivered within 3-5 business days.
[Q] How will my orders ship?
[A] Orders will be delivered to Mercy Medical Center - Sioux City Receiving for distribution to your department or clinic at no additional charge. Orders sent to home addresses will be shipped via the US Postal Service and will incur a shipping and handling charge.
[Q] What about items not shown on the MMC online store?
[A] The items that are on the Mercy Medical Center online store are pre-approved items. Nordic Premiums is always open to suggestions for new products. Please feel free to email your suggestions to premium@gundersons.com.
[Q] What if my shirts don’t fit?
[A] As all embroidered items are made to order, we are unable to exchange items if they do not fit. Call 712-255-5149 or email info@nordicpremiums.com for sizing information.
[Q] Why are there charges on my credit card to Gunderson’s Jewelers in Sioux City?
[A] The Mercy Sioux City Store is operated by Nordic Premiums, a Gunderson Company, and all credit card transactions are processed through Gunderson’s retail store.
[Q] What color will the logo on my shirt be?
[A] The logo color will depend on the color of the item you order. Navy blue thread will be used on white shirts, black thread on light colored shirts and white thread on dark colored shirts in accordance with Mercy Medical Center branding requirements. If you have a preference for a black, white or navy logo, please indicate it in the comment field at checkout. |
